01 Oct Year 3 Tate Project
This week year 3 have been involved in an exciting art project designed by Turner Prize Winning artist and Oscar winning film maker Steve McQueen. His vast new work of art will be one of the most ambitious visual portraits of citizenship ever undertaken and Holy Trinity was one of the 12,500 London Primary Schools to take part. Our Year 3 children were photographed in their classes, as well as carrying out different activities to draw out feelings and use their inference skills. The photos will be brought together into a single large-scale installation inside the Tate Britain museum. The idea was to capture a future London generation in a milestone year of their developments. How will our children shape the future?
