Although we know that the behaviour of the children in our school is very good and we are proud of our children, we are always seeking things to improve. Our Behaviour for Learning (B4L) Team consists of two representatives from each class.
Part of their role is to work with their class on targets to improve behaviour. They observe the class and give feedback regarding the strengths of their behaviour and make suggestions about improvements for their behaviour. Whatever target is chosen, the focus is on improving the maximum learning opportunity for every child. The team also lead initiatives around the school, having consulted with their classes as to where behaviour needs to be improved.
